A Crossword for my Mom  -  this page is back by request!

    A Tribute to Jean Sammons

Hello there. Welcome.
When my adoptive Mom, Jean Sammons, was alive
we used to enjoy puzzling over the Daily Jumble in the
New York Daily News.

On Sundays we would tackle William Lutwiniak’s big crossword. Mom knew words like “oleo” and names of Frank Sinatra songs, while I could name the members of the Rolling Stones. Together, we could just about finish it!

It was a welcome break from the normal routine.
So if you could use a break, just close your eyes, and
come on over the Brooklyn Bridge.
Join us for a New York style crossword puzzle.
Kids can try the  Kids Jumble!
